This piece was inspired by reading that Rainer Werner Fassbinder had a bedroom that was painted black and had a narrow mirror running around the circumference of the room at the height of his crotch.
I had to make this mirror a little wide, so that it could accommodate different heights of people. If this piece were in your home, it would have a mirror specifically mounted to your crotch height. Yup.
These photos were snapped a little low. From one's eye viewpoint gazing in the mirror, you do see your own crotch. I swear!
