2000, 3 minutes, SD video
A portrait of self-described Satanic priest and black magician Diabolos Rex. Rex speaks with careful eloquence of his giant steel religious-themed paintings, his collection of human skulls and why he enjoys living in Portland. The soundtrack creeps into the film, replete with ominous bassoons and splashing water droplets, and creates a curious contrast to the dark-clad, well-mannered scholar.
Rex left the Church of Satan in 2011 but his haunting legacy lingers in this film.
